PROJECT BRIEF

  • Double numeric distribution over a given period of time across both juice brands, 5 Alive and Cappy.
  • Project objective was to  increase numeric distribution and sales for both brands through 34 top distributors in Lagos over a 3-month period.

 

PROJECT RESULT

  • A total of 52,000 juice selling outlets were recruited across all 5 commercial territories visited in Lagos.
  • 79% repeated purchase recorded for 5 Alive and Cappy in outlets visited after the initial purchase during project.
  • Sales of over 200,000 cases were recorded.
